Frequent Questions

As always, if you have any further questions please contact us.

Will you support me if I go for the Free plan?

Absolutely. The Free plan is meant for teachers who are on their own or who simply want to try it out. Our turnaround is exceptional for the industry; even if it's free, we won't leave you hanging.

We are on a budget, what discounts can you offer?

We understand the financial pressures facing schools today (this is why we built ZeSchool, it DOES save you money). We offer 15% discount for 2-year contract, and 30% for three years (i.e. third year is free). We also have a sliding scale for larger districts, call us to chat.

We don't have an LMS, do we need one?

ZeSchool comes built-in with all LMS features (read more about what we think of LMS' on our blog), so this alone would save you time and money. If you already have an LMS and like it, integration with ZeSchool will keep your teaching workflow as-is.

Our school uses an SIS, how do we provision?

There are many ways to provision, we can link to your SIS for up-to-date information (at our cost and almost always very easy) or we can roster in many different ways. Please refer to our documentation for more information.

How long will it take for me to learn to use it?

ZeSchool was designed with two things in mind (1) ease of use, (2) classroom use. It comes pre-bundled with Wizards to teach you live the basics, and we have an extensive documentation center. Of course, we are only an email or a phone call away.

We are not a one-to-one school, we share devices

Not a problem, your students can log in with their passwords, or use a provider (Clever, Microsoft, Google). All user data is conveniently stored on the server (encrypted of course) so you can pretty much use any device.

How do you train us?

We can either do a screenshare or come in person and train. Typically, a training session lasts no more than an hour for actual training (given how easy it is), and the rest typically is QAs, best-practices, ideas and so on.

The district / school IT folks want to talk to you.

Great, we have our phones ready, just send us the number or have them email / call us.

I have this pretty cool idea, can you implement it?

We are always on the lookout for great ideas, so please reach out, even for a chat.
