How do I cancel PayPal recurring payments
Once you have finished the learning you need, or to take a pause, you can cancel your PayPal subscription very easily.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Click My money.
- Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
- Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing, or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Can I buy it as a gift for someone
Easy. If you are logged in, log out. And then go through the purchase process, and put your gift recipient's email address during checkout. This will create an account for them and you can email them separately telling them you had the great idea of buying them great learning.
How can I be sure I will be satisfied
Well, we promise to do our best to keep you as a satisfied customer. There are two ways to make sure you get what you expect. First, you can see teh free demos for as long as you want. This way you can try it out first and be sure of what you are getting. You can cancel anytime within those seven days through Paypal and you will not be charged a cent. We do ask that you tell us why we did not meet your expectation so we can make sure to maintain our standards. We might even come back to you later with preferential access to an improved product.
Is it safe
Of course. We have no access to your credit card information as it stays on Paypal's secure servers. If you are buying through our website, you will be directed to a secure link (you'll notice HTTPS on the left of the URL, meaning it's an encrypted connection and no one can get access to your credit card.
In-App Purchase
If you are making an in-app purchase on your mobile device, it will be on the credit on file with your platform owner. On our website, We accept all major credit cards and even direct payment through your bank account. Our payment processor is Paypal, the leading payment gateway on the internet.
