Student Privacy

We go (way) beyond the requirements of COPPA to guarantee child safety.

What is COPPA

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule implements the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, which prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in connection with the collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal information from and about children on the Internet.

It is meant as a general set of guidelines relating to how data is collection from children (defined as under the age of 13) and how it is used.

How we comply

As you would expect we are 110% complient with COPPA. In fact, we go way beyond to ensure the safety and privacy of students, teachers and parents.

We understand how, in today's age of the internet and open communication, this has to be a top-of-mind issue for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to inquire or for us to make appropriate customizations to suit your policies.
